Field Service Engineer - Heavy Plant

CPL Eastlink, in partnership with our client would like to announce this new vacancy for a field service engineer to service heavy plant machinery.
The successful applicant's main responsibilities will include the following:-
-Initial response to customers on the front line, interpret their service and maintenance requirements and carry out the appropriate diagnostics on-site.
-Liase closely with after sales department, ensuring on-time delivery of service.
Meticulous processing of associated documentation.
Maintain and develop excellent customer relations.
- Work safely and in accordance with the company's Quality and Environmental policies.
Requirements :
- A qualified Engineer or time served tradesperson from a relevent discipline (ie, Mechanic)
excellent diagnostic skills.
Good engineering background that allows specific product training.
Good IT skills and an ability to adapt to new systems.
Full clean driving license and A willingness to travel throughout Ireland.
-Experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics and electrics is highly desirable.
Equipment will include crushing, screening, recycling, washing machinery and conveyors.
